Focus: A Complete Introduction
This lesson blends casting instruction with a look at the importance of aquatic insects, giving you the knowledge to approach any water system.

Pick-Up and Lay-Down (PULD) Cast – the essential building block for accuracy and timing

Overhead Cast – the classic cast for distance, line control, and smooth presentation

Up-Stream / Down-Stream Cast – techniques for adapting to limited casting lanes and tight, technical creeks
