You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that Tailwater Fly Co., its partners, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from these activities.
By completing a booking or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver of liability.

Terms & Conditions
By booking a casting instruction or educational session with Tailwater Fly Co., you agree to provide accurate information at the time of booking and to follow all safety and participation guidelines during your session.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Tailwater Fly Co. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
All instructional content, photos, and videos created by Tailwater Fly Co. remain the property of the company and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
